All the iPhones and iPads have the inbuilt parallax setting which enables the inbuilt sensors to move the icons on the home screen as the phone moves. This movement requires an enhanced amount of battery as whenever you tilt the device the wallpaper on the screen will auto rotate or move. You can easily go into settings and switch this motion feature off.
